4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following methods can be used to deposit funds on jtea9: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 — for each method.

4.2 Withdrawal

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

jtea9's welcome bonus is up to 120% on the first deposit, up to ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20x — on the bonus amount only.

Bonus rules:

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; unused bonuses will be cancelled after expiry.
• Full account verification is mandatory to claim bonus benefits.
• Using the same account, device, IP address, or mobile number more than once to claim a bonus is prohibited.
• Bonus funds may only be used to place bets on games within the platform; direct withdrawal is not allowed.
• If any fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited.
• jtea9 reserves the right to change or withdraw the terms of any bonus offer at any time.

5.1 VIP Program

jtea9's VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. You can move to a higher level by playing regularly. Each level comes with weekly cashback — from a maximum of 0.2% at Bronze up to a maximum of 1.2% at Diamond.

The detailed terms of VIP benefits are communicated separately, and jtea9 reserves the right to change the VIP program rules at any time.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activities on jtea9 are conducted on the basis of fair play. The following rules apply to all users:

• Once confirmed, a bet or game cannot be cancelled.
• In the case of odds or results incorrectly displayed due to a system error, jtea9 reserves the right to void the bet.
• In the event of a technical issue or disconnection, the outcome of an ongoing game will be determined according to server records.
• Exploiting software bugs or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Game results are determined using a Random Number Generator (RNG) that is regularly tested.

6.1 Sports Betting
